Thanks to our community, we have received a large number of donations from many Community Builders. As of November 1, 2019, Please Be Seated is a 501c(3) Non-Profit Corporation. We are thrilled at being awarded this tax-exempt status as we continue to work for the Montgomery County Maryland public transit community.
